These guys were great! Had a breakdown on I-95 just on a Friday night before 6pm, so I called (the phone was answered by a person not a recording) in for help with the battery. From the conversation and questions about what had happen, they anticipated my need for not just a battery but a new alternator. As I was being towed to the shop, the other mechanic went to their part supplier before it closed to get the alternator and both men worked to get me back on the road in less than an hour at the shop. Both were professional as was the secretary/account manager who came in to process my payment. They helped out this broken down vet who got stuck on the side of the road.

We called these guys 30+ miles away in Ruther Glen VA at 1am with a broken down suv and trailer. We still had 174 miles of traveling to go in our move and didn't have any other alternatives. Sullivan Towing sent out a truck and (for a fee of course) transported our moving vehicle and trailer on a nearly 3 hour trip. We would have been lost without them, or worse towed away to an impound yard with expensive fees. Great people to work with and very friendly.

The Best experience by far with a towing company...as a matter of fact one of my best experiences with a local company. From the nice gentleman who helped me out this weekend, answering questions, to the very sweet, helpful and patient Denise to the Superman Kevin who worked very hard to make sure I had my old 1950s camper at our Courtyard and in place...I am so very, very thankful What a wonderful team and good people who work hard and have honest pricing. I could not be happier. Thank you all!
